I like IS and fast. I just traded my 70-200mm f/4L for the 70-200 f/2.8L IS. Triple the price for extra stops of handholding ability. I had to shoot the non-IS at 1/250 or 1/500 to alleviate my movement. When I get my IS in a few days I'm hoping to be able to get down to 1/60 or 1/125. Also f/2.8 will let me shoot in darker environments without uping ISO and other combos. Yep, I like both.
