It looks like I'm getting Canon 300mm 2.8 for a great price but I need to get rid of 2 of my lens to pay for the 300mm. I really don't use the 100-400L that much, so I think that one is going up for sale. Any suggestions on my other lens to sell- I use the 70-200,24-105,17-40 the most (trying not to selling those) Which ones would you sell?
Thanks!

I would go with the 17-40 since you have a 5D and it's full frame....tough call

How much macro do you do? Could get rid of it unless you need it for the speed at standard use. 28-70 or 24-105 If you don't need the speed, get rid of Sigma. If you don't need 70-105 (you have the 85) get rid of 24-105.

The Sigma if you need to sell another. If you really like the Sigma though it might be worth it to have the 2.8 every now and then. It and the 100-400 I guess???

Sell the TC and the 100mm Macro. How much would you ask for the Macro?

I use Canon gear...have several bodies and lenses and am quite pleased with them.

Thanks for the help-runninmann you have a point, I really not using the 100 macro as much as I should. My wife ended up taking the 350D with the sigma. So I can't sell those. That's was the deal, she got that package & I get the 300mm. I think I got the better deal this time

The 1.4XTC goes perfectly with the 300mm 2.8. Keep that.

Around $450.

If you decide to sell it a little cheaper I may be interested... Say $375.00, but you probably cannot take that much of a loss on it. You could probably sell it on eBay for more. LOL! Or trade it in at a local Mom and Pop store.

What lenses do you use least? That should really do it. Dont tell me you use them all equally too ;)

personally I would lose the macro and 17-40 (slow)
