I think it might be an immature pine warbler ? I wish I was able to get a shot of his back. Thanks for the help !

Looks like Palm warbler to me. Note the dark eyeline and pale eyebrow stripe. Nice shot!

I vote for a palm warbler shifting into winter plumage. Nicely shot too.
