I like both of them...nothing much to critique as I would be happy as client to receive these photos...other than maybe it would have been a bit nicer if in then second pics the girl's hand was lower so you could see her face a bit better...

Great photos, Kathy! Love the second set!!!:cool: I do want to ask: How did you get both girls in perfect focus? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm trying to learn how to do it and have had difficulty achieving the results I want. I'm usually more into sports photography, but some of my friends and relatives want me to take portrait pictures for them. So, I need all the help I can get.;)

Wonderful pictures. Well done. The softness was just right. I love the three girls by the water's edge, but my favorite is the one with the flower being handed to the tot (older girl back to camera).

f5.6 keeps little people close together in focus :) (and luck!) :) And I don't think questions are dumb when you don't know and you need an answer!! Where in the great state are you?

But somehow I can't see the other two sets..:( Just file names.

I am in East Tx...Ft. Hood is a good little trot from here...my sister lived in Kileen for about a year or so before her hubby was shipped to Germany.
