- Yes around 1/15th sec, but this will depend on how steady you can hold the camera and the zoom setting selected.
At 24mm you may get away with slightly slower, but at 105mm the magnification of the image will introduce 'the shakes' much easier and you may need something faster.
It also depends on what size you are going to view the image, whether on screen or in print.
I try to use at least 1/60th with IS on, I've had excellent results at that setting at all focal lengths.
