These are the first posed shots I have gotten of my wife & son since I got my 350D two weeks ago, what do you think ?

Nice job. The bright light behind your wife in the first one is kind of distracting. The second one is adorable.

Welcome to the forum! The second photo is wonderful:) I like the looks on their faces in the first pic, but I have to agree with Chris that the bright light in the background is a bit distracting.
