70-200: F4L vs sigma's F2.8 for a 20D

Just wondering which will be better at focusing (speed and accuracy) for a 20D. I know the F4L is highly rated in that regard, but doesn't the 20D allow for somesort of "super focus" mode when coupled w/ a 2.8 lens and the center focus point? Thanks!

20D, T2i, 50 1.8, 70-200 F4, 17-40 F4

Yes it does.

Your choice is speed (Sigma f2.8) v Weight (Canon F4)

Decide which is most important and choose accordingly. There's tons of info on here :)
