I would recommend the twin over the ring. Not only do you have more control with the ring the larger seperation give a less flat apearance that the ring, also the ring tends to give ring highlights that are distracting. Finally double the guide number of the twin is probably the most important thing for use with the longer WD of the 180.

Thats what I am leaning towards, the twin light, thanks for the advice and info
