Here are 2 of many shots I took of my wife today. We spent the Afternoon at the Oceanside Beach, where she was playing with her Metal Detector, and I was enjoying an afternoon of shooting for my pleasure, as opposed to shooting for work.

My only real complaint about #2 is she is looking towards the wrong side of the composition, and the exposure is what I was going for, a partial silouette kinda feel.

C+C always welcome

-Johnny

Great shots. May want to straighten the horizon on the first one but other than that, they are great.

Great shots...did you resize or resave this a lot? The first one seems to be a bit pixelized.

It's probably from optimization for the web?

Thanks for the compliments and comments.

dunno about the pixelation on the first one, I dont even see it. I did have to lower the quality a bit to post to the web, but nothing serious...

I love the idea of the second one...just wish she was a little closer to the water and there was a little give to her right...

Cheers,

it comes close to what I wanted, but its not perfect :( Unfortunatly she can be a bit camera shy, so I have to be a tad sneaky at times, lol
