In your opioion which do you prefer, CC also?
BTW, this was a candid in the truest sense, as i didnt even look thru the viewfinder...

I think the first non-photoshopped version works best as it has some diagonals which help mask the lack of other compositional elements.

What bothers me is that she's neither in nor out of the frame, which is somewhat disconcerting. In the skewed version it at least has some candidness to it (if that is a word) which makes it okay.

If the house in the background is yours, then that's great as it becomes a part of the story your telling. If not, then it is a distration and a little less DOF may have put the emphasis on her. As beautiful as she looks, that's where the emphasis should be IMO.

One more thing, shooting without a viewfinder is not called "candid", it's called LUCK.  :p A true candid has more to do with the subject then the technique. You still need to wait for the moment and frame it correctly - and a viewfinder is an excellent tool for that. ;)
