The pose also works here as the branches add more to a natural setting. It was interesting to see the little guy with the hand in the shot as it shows the tiny size of this little guy. Nice going! Sometimes they land on the branchas around you and if you are eating something or have seeds on ya, place some on the palm of your hand and they'll come and land on your hand. Sometimes the Nuthatch show up too as they hang out with the chickadees a lot!
