Usually I shoot at the worst time - high noon, because that's the only time I can find, but I got up and went to work early this morning to take a few pictures of a Great White Heron before I went in.

I'm not sure there is enough color to make it a strong color print, but I think it would look great in black and white. I'm definitely heading over to the lake next week to get some early morning shots after seeing these.
