I was asked to photograph a woman's grandkids for her while she had both girls together.

The sun was hot and harsh, but I did the best I could!

Shot all of these on Tv mode at 1/200 with 50mm lens and kit lens.

Here are a few of my favorites from the session. PLEASE offer some C&C - even if it's harsh! I need it in order to grow and learn as a photog.

Thanks in advance!

Love the eyes on the first one, but the arms seem distracting. I really like your other shots, very sharp.

Very nice! I like #1 and #5. In #1 you have the babies attention and in #5 something else does. They both work real well. I was going to suggest you try some sort of vignette on #1. It helps but I think it should be more severe than what you've done. And based on the comment on the harsh sun you did extremely well. They look good.

Oh, and congrats on your first paid shoot.

Nice shots. I may have been more inclined to shoot in Av than Tv given the subject matter... so that DOF was in your hands and not the cameras.

That babie's got some beautiful eyes, for sure!

NOT BAD..some skin tones a soft on the 3/4 shots......and I really wouldn't worry too much about the blown out background. great job...
