I think they stole the idea from the US. This was the third one held in Brissie I think. Real young guy looked to be the main orgainiser. Can you imagine applying for a street march permit. The Police saying "Did you say Zombie march?"

Definitely on the calendar for next year.

Just posted some Tent Peggingshots from a Australian Light Horse re-enactment troop.

I can just see me going to the wife and saying, "I'd like to take a trip to Adelaide to see the next Zombie walk. My wife wasn't that keen on going so she stayed home, I think though now she wishes she went. Although it's best for my sleep patterns (and my daughter's) that only my son and I went.;)

I was in my room, studying, all weekend. Today I finished my half-yearly exams with business studies... year 12 is going by quickly!

Actually, on Saturday I went to my brothers soccer game to get some shots. I know my 75-300 is hopeless for soccer and I discovered that 105mm is too short for soccer. With my birthday in less than 2 months, it looks like a 70-200 is in the pipeline (cmon f/2.8.):)

In a few days, on Thursday, I'll be flying to Tasmania. There I'll be walking the cradle mtn. track, and at the end do some sightseeing in Hobart. This is all to get my Gold Duke of Edinburgh award (external link) - it is the "Adventurous Journey ". (I'm doing photography as my skill :D )

Due to the promise of rain on nearly every day, I won't be taking my camera. Only a Canon A520 P&S.

Thank you. More to go when I get time. And I've heard the Aust Mustang Car Club Nats are on at Ol' Parliament House April 7-8th...

What day are you going? I would like to shoot that - but I also want to shoot Temora.

John you going to the Temora Airshow next weekend?

::John:: wrote in post #2951130 (external link)
Only if I can get my truck back on the road by then.

WOO HOO - Truck was repaired today. I'll be down at Temora for one day of the weekend. The Aussie Bride may be coming, too, which means the dog is probably coming which means I may not actually park my keester in the airfield grounds but will be at whichever end of the runway that is getting the action. It's all theoretical - if her son decides to visit us for the weekend then she will stay at home and I'll be in the grounds for at least half of the day.
