I think that this is a well excuted shot. I like the compostion and it tells a story, in my mind that someone is missed. B&W works very well here.

Thanks guys, i am working on the 'one shot' narrative.
The idea originally was just to stand over the grave in a manner that could be interpreted in one of 2 ways - Grief or Guilt. The original plan was to leave the viewer to create the story but it didn't seem to work, it was hard to get the pose correct when i was running back and forth with the 10 second timer!
As i had the book with me i went for the more loving shot of a grieving subject reading to the one he misses. The hood was left up to..... a) contradict sterotypes of the hooded youth b) hide my camera shy face!

I think the composition in #1 works best... at least for me. I think you're on the spot with your PP Thanks for sharing.

the last one is my favorite, but they are all great! I am sure you will get a good grade on this one!
