It depends on the facilities you have for making up a spacer and attaching a mount. All the optics are there. There is a focussing helicoid, though it's not designed to be quickly adjusted (although with enough ingenuity you could make one as part of your spacer), there's the problem of the yellow lens, and there's no iris, so you're always wide open.
