Thanks for all the comments. These are not intended to be portraits, see Jacqueline #2 where there is a portrait shot of her. I've done many portraits and I wanted to get away from the norm.

The b&w conversion was done by Channel Mixing, curves, layers, and dodging and burning.

These shots were done on the wider side of my lens collection shooting with the Tamron 17-50mm 2.8 lens. I shoot in JPEG, no raw for me.
