shoot level with their heads. This will make for a better composition and put more flash on their face and not the white dress.Im not sure what your set up is but the flash seemed focused towards the centre of the frame. It looks like they are distracted by somebody else also. I find it hard to " slow down " and compose .. although kids are moving targets .. , get in the spot you want to be in and attract both their attentions..

Ideally more to the left by about another 45 degrees. This will prevent the window frame growing out of the bigger girls head.

Hope that helps ? What camera is it ?

Cute! You must have told them to 'Smile pretty'. I think David Cowman has covered about everything - all good advice. Just watch reflections of the flash in the window as you move around.

Oh, and watch the cropping - you lost part of the younger ones toes on the right and a bit of dress on the left.

Tania, i see before on another post you had this difficulty. A free peice of software is Picasa http://picasa.google.com/ (external link) . You could try having a play with that , one of the things it allows you do failry easily is " export for the web " .

Or you could get the Windows picture resizer. It seems to work quite well.
