This was heavily cropped, and taken with the Tokina 28-70mm lens, so it's not all that sharp - it was a chance encounter in the back yard at sunset yesterday, and I didn't have my 75-300mm with me at the time. I was only a few feet away from the bird, got a few quick shots, then blinked and he just vanished. Ran this through neat image before PS. Twelve significant photographs in any one year is a good crop. -Ansel Adams
