Hi All,

I have a query and i do realise this may have been asked here before.....my digicam was working fine till one fine morning when i started shooting pictures, i could see white coloured horizontal lines over the pictures.......now heres the catch.....when i view on the LCD , its all clear and when i take video clips, its clear but wehn i click still images, the lines appear.......do u know what this could be or what can be done about it......i own a Hitachi HDC430E model..........please do suggewst or help me out cos here in India not many seem to be aware of what the problem could be....

i vij4all, i too am having the problem. i have attached a couple pics in this thread.

I hate to say this but it ussually means your ccd sensor is going bad and near complete failure. had this happen to a fuji s9000 so start looking for a new kit soon
