Got my new Sigma 70-200 2.8 DG today..pics

Here are a few smaple pics..So what does everyone think.
Its in Mint condition and seems to be working well. I dont think its focus is as fast as my L..but its not much different and I got a great deal of $670 shipped
I like it
all these pics are full wide open at 2.8 and at f4 they seem to be as good as my L was at wide open f4

Those look pretty darn good to me! Nice lens

yea...i cant wait to actually go out somewhere and really put it to use. But right now it looks like the clouds are about to explode.

oh yea...none of those pics have USM added they are just 100% crops and resize of full frame

What more to expect. Thats absolutely sharp for wide open!! some USM will make it a stoped down f/8. Congrats

Look how soft it is, my kit lens is better JK! lol! That is quite sharp and to pay $300 less than canon's equivelant. GOOD DEAL!

This is an f/2.8 lens, not f/4.

It is a stellar lens for the money.
I've been using mine for fast pitch softall since last March.
You may have seen this pic before, this lens from Sigma is outstanding. I have no complaints.

its so good that even with a 2x TC, IQ does not suffer!
(it becomes a 140mm-400mm f5.6 lens)

Those are pretty sharp. I was afraid about the weight but it's pretty handholdable

I like the weight...feels good

I dont think I want a 2x...I am probably going to be getting the 1.4x though

You must be thinking of the IS version which is about $1000 more.
