I think what you need to remember is that we all start somewhere and have our own ambitions of where we want to be. In reality it isn't about having great equipment and you'll be taking great shots, its more that you make the most of what you have and use it to its best ability. Remember, its no point in having a good camera if you don't have an eye for taking a good photo!

Having said that I think its a great start with the Canon you have and well done! With time and some more sunshine you'll get some more practise and i'm sure we'll see some more posts from you very soon. :)

the rebel is OK - as is the 20d. there is a middle ground the 400d. - having said that buy the best you can afford but keep taking the wonderful shots. ;)

then you be bitten by the glass bug ... but thats a whole different story.. :rolleyes:
