This is my second post here (I do more reading that posting) Here are two pictures taken of the Arch in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. They were both taken off a boat (snorkeling excursion) with a Canon 20D and 18-55mm kit lens.

Nice pictures. Cabo is a beautiful place. I used to go with a group every year to go surfing and fishing. I did go last year for a fishing tournament.

This was my first time to Cabo. Turns out it is hotter than heck and humid this time of year, I'll have to remember that next time. My wife and I chartered a fishing boat for the day and decided to give this sport fishing thing a try. I go sea sick. Wasn't so much fun. LOL

Thanks Sugarzebra! I boosted the saturation and contrast a little in photoshop. But I think it was the polorizer that helped the most.

P.S. MDM, thanks for the comment too!

I remember seeing that years ago and you captured it beautifully. That being seasick is the worst! Been there, done that.

You should swap your ratio about and do more posting as these photos are very nice, and the water colour is lovely.

Gosh I love both those shots...simply beautiful pictures of a beautiful spot! I need to go there...NOW. Amazing everyone sells those kit lenses and you see pictures like this taken with them.

Beautiful shots indeed. My only cc is that they're a bit soft from resizing and the horizon is sloping a fair bit in the first. Both easy fixes. Very good job.
