THAT is one cool image.. You can tell you're at altitude because of the dark blue sky.

Is it easy getting into Tibet? Do you have to go through mainland China first, or can you enter from Nepal?

The photo looks like it has been computer generated (no offence meant :) ), but the water colour seems artificial, and the hills look like they are lacking real-life detail.

Very nice photo _ at the same time I'm impressed with the roadway too.

Amazing capture, literally breathtaking at that altitude!

That is a very cool shot. I first thought it had a look similar to computer generation but there's so little, perhaps no pollution at that elevation I can imagine everything being that much crisper.

A CP filter will do that at sea level, too. ;)

That's what I thought at first, too, John. But look at the cloud...it has a pretty natural blown out effect to it. I think the one thing that's making this look fake is the way the water looks. However, things can tend to look odd when you start tinkering with pp.

Yeah that's true... and it becomes more pronounced at altitude

No CP filter, only normal UV filter.
No PP job only, re-size to 800.
No tree above that altitude, only small small tiny grass or flower.....

Wow, that water looks incredible for no CP filter or pp.
