I noticed a few spots I'd missed when I put them all together in the last one. Strange I cant see it one minute then spot it the next. I'll blame my un calibrated monitor. I found if I look at it almost from the side I can see the bits that i've missed. Little hard co-ordinating the mouse when looking at this angle though. hehe.

Good luck with your attempt, do you have an external flash you could use aswell?

And yeah 17-40L nearer the wide end, as you can see from the distortion, ran out of space in the room, and wanted to make sure I was in the frame, hehe

Happens to me all of the time... i'll notice missed spots or halos or what have you after the fact. Ditto the uncalibrated monitor and add a sprinke of haste for me :)

I have a 580ex in addition to my b800 but unfortunately no way to get it off the hotshoe. Another light is in my future but for now, maybe I'll learn something by trying to make it work :)

Can the 580 not be used as an optical slave? When the B800 fires it triggers the, not used the 580 so not sure if this is possible, but its how I got my Sigma SG500 to fire.

Funny the things you notice. The tone or colour temp seems different in some variants. Would part of the processing take account for this or were these shot over more than one night ?

That would be my fault  wasnt planning on stitching them all together to begin with when I processed from RAW. Its not obvious until you put them together. There are lots of little things that are bugging me now, but I'm sick of looking at myself, so can't be bothered to go back and make them more consistant. Next time :p
