oakmeadows Junior Member  24 posts Joined Jun 2005 Location: Lancs More info | Oct 05, 2006 18:25 | #1 I have just tried to download my photos from my 350d to my pc but when i plug in the lead and turn on the camera instead of the capture software starting i get an error saying (Camera window) is not compatible with the detected camera can anyone please shed any light on this problem.I am up to date with the camera software and up to date with all drivers and such.Any help would be very gratefull.
