A little underexposed, you might have exposed for the fence in the background rather than the foreground... a nice shot otherwise, though, and darn that's a big board :p

Yes, the sun shining on the white fence really threw off the metering on this one. It's one of those things you need to watch for whenever you have a shaded subject and a sunny background.
