You are at least a 1 full stop underexposed on her face - what metering mode were you in (and with what camera)??

I really don't own any nice cameras like most people here :-( All the pictures I post I take them with my super steady camera from Sony :-\ I just love this forum cuz i learn a lot about editing pictures. But I do hope to buy one soon :-) I'm really a super newbie and I don't even know what metering mode is :-[

Im new too Tania..dont worry! Im still trying to learn as i go here too. I have a Konica Minolta Dimage Z2 and a Canon A540 and getting a better camera in Feb. She is a cutie!!

You can compliment your camera with a copy of Adobe Photoshop (preffered) or Jasc Paint Shop Pro. You can rescue at lot of pictures with just few minutes of post processing. And you can also make a good picture great with some common tweaks.
