He was a guitarist for Vieux Farka Toure, below. I didn't want to stand as everyone was sitting at that point of the show. I got plenty of good shots, that one just happened to show depth of field well. I have a ton of concert shots at f1.2 as well that I can post if people want them.

After being inspired by SeattleSpeedster's shallow DOF shots, I used my 20mm and 36mm extension tubes with my 85L last night. These are all at f/1.2:

I'm repeatedly amazed how little depth of field this lens can have, this is a crop from a MKIII I borrowed from a friend and I was out with it just after the sun had gone away and everything was getting ready to get dark. Kind of pastel in a way, shot at 1.2.
