Lovely photo Pham. However, I think I would've used a faster aperture to achieve more separation from the background and less motion blur.

The mono-chormatic feel the extreme back light of the subject and the slight motion in the subject all helps re-enforce the statement. You can almost feel the rain and the cold. It reminds me of a scene in the great Martin Scorsese film Taxi Driver. The same kind of color and feel. Hell yeah. Agree with you 100% AFM.
