@ yagit.. your a stud.. an inspiration with good health - did it suck to change your eating habits?

great lighting on your body.. did you do some of those in black and white?

I do cardio/running alot like minimum of 7 miles a day for 6 days plus strict diet of small portions meals every 2-3 hours (fruits, wheat bread, tuna)

Thanks pham! Kinda sucks on the diet part but i reward myself 1 day of the week to eat alot to just keep me going and to stick to the routine,

I will try to do a black and white later on..

Elements Salon and Spa Bridal Boutique shoot..

Kim was a stunning bride that i worked with last Oct..
so naturally we had her as a model for this shoot.

Oh yeah its probably about 20% of what I do.

As you know I shoot a lot of available light at these things and when I'm not shooting available (if the light isn't right in the room) I'm shooting still at high ISOs and using a gelled/defused strobe to match the available. I really enjoy the challenge of working with available light plus if its right it can be very rewarding.

Pham love the light on this one. Not sure about the pose though but that would be more personal preference.
