I was going to shoot the moon here with my 70-200 f4 because it's not so smoggy, like it is in Northern Virginia. But now I'm stuck and it's raining in VA as well. This is the closest the moon will be and the brightest. I'll try to get it tonight and post. Anyone going out to try it tonight? I'm setting my 20D to 1 second, ISO 400, exposure on f4. Is that too much light? This might help you with your exposure:

Clouds are drifitning around. Had some really good rain storms and thunder this eve. I just might get up and try it, heck it's only an hour earlier than when I normally get up
