This is a picture of my Nans wedding years and years ago, on a glass table, with flowers and a candle. I took it when I noticed it at my Aunties house party. Shes no longer with us after 2003,was only 55. But I thought it looked really good.

And dont have to be soppy, just rate it like you would any other photo.

I'm thinking you used natural light on this and the kit lens? I'm not a huge fan of this shot but I think in a lower light condition and a lower shutter speed will really bring out the candle and make this picture stand out.
