Ronald S, JR just sent me a private message stating he could get the 30D for 1000-1100 USD. I have to know if this is true for the Canon 30D.

Not sure why "Nikon, here I come". The price at Ritz is still 1399.99 and the price at B&H with the psaug coupon is 1139.95 ... and it's been 1139.95 for awhile. Is this Canon's fault that one store overcharges for their products ? Bob

That's why I never buy in a store unless I have no other option. You'll get ripped off most of the time. My local store wants $850 for a 17-40, $1700 for a 100-400, and just over $2k for a 70-200L IS. Why? Beats me. Mac users swear by their computers. PC users swear at theirs.

If your local shop is as small as my local shop, and I have a feeling it is, then it's simply because they cannot do the volume that B&H can...so they have to make the most out of each sale. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here

Mr. the Kid.
