Amazing shot; this is my favorite of the group. That pole doesn't bother me in the least!

Same view, different day. I cloned out the flag pole in the first image but, wondering if I should take it out in this one.

Zeiss 21, Lee 4x4 CPL, and Singh Ray three stop reverse GND.

I've just ordered a B+W 2-stop rotating soft-edged GND filter. New to this game...

Instinct tells me I should meter on the clear side of the filter. Or, does that depend?

Any advice would be appreciated...

Unfortunately not what we wanted, as an overnight change in humidity meant that we had a lot of mist and not a lot of sunrise action. If you want to read the full story or information behind the picture, click through to my FlickR. Comments welcome! :-)

Off to catch up on some sleep (or head to the coast for some more photography, hmmm!)

AWESOME shots guys! :)

So happy that I can join in this post since I just received my Lee Foundation Kit yesterday :D It's amazing to see the grads work in person. Clouds appear where I thought I there weren't any :D These are only test shots :( Hopefully I'll get the chance to really use them ASAP! :D

This is so beutifull. Is it photoshoped ????

Apart from tidying up a few bits of sensor dust and debris that was on the Cokin ND Grad it's relatively straight out of camera :)
