Thanks Neil, keep your fingers crossed for me, I emailed it to one of the executives there, who actually got me the space to go there every Friday to sell my photos. I am not on the staff of Sandals, but go there along with 7 other craftsmen and women who sell authentic Bahamian made souvenirs, not the imported junk that is sold in the straw markets down town. We go every Friday, and spend the day overlooking the beach trying to separate tourists from their money! I won't get rich doing this, but it paid for my 350D, Tokina lens, and a 2 1/2 week trip to Banff (flight and spending money, I stayed with my parents) in the summer. This is the slow period, but things pick up towards the end of October, I get to do this at Atlantis on a fairly regular basis, and we have a big arts and crafts show coming up at the Wyndham Crystal Palace in early December. The Radisson was a weekly gig for me too, but they are renovating now, getting ready for a big new hotel to be built there - while I had Radisson and Sandals every week, and Atlantis a couple of times a month, I was able to clear an average of $400 in a 2 1/2 day week selling mostly 5x7 matted prints and small notecards. More than I was making as a medical office assistant working 4 days a week!

Like to trade places?

I`ll tell you something girl...i`m glad you got your mojo back.;)
I`m expecting to see more like this.

Sounds like EA should come work for me in Turks & Caicos when she's bored!

Thanks - actually the distortion correction can be done in Photoshop, using Edit>Free Transform. I just tried it and I think it helped.

Well, that's handy. I'll have to see if PSE4.0 has something like that though I'm not holding out too much hope. ;) :D

Best of luck with your submission Elisabeth. If they use it, we'll all have to have their website so that we can get a copy. :D

Beautiful scene Elizabeth-Ann. Excellent shot so crisp and sharp. Thanks for sharing.

It’s a great shot Elisabeth-Ann! Simply beautiful! And I think it would work very well in an ad. However, somehow I like the original better than the corrected one. It has happened to me many times... I hate these illusions. I especially hate them when I know they are there, but my brain and eyes still say that something is wrong :)

I love the shot anyway :)

Great shot, Elizabeth! I like the way the original looks better than the edit. Hope they use it at Sandals- Good luck!

Thank you - since Sandals will only see one version, hopefully it won't make a difference!! I'll see what they say on Friday, fingers crossed!

Wonderful shot, Elizabeth. I surely wish I were there right now with glum weather we're having here.
