Long time, no see POTN.
I'm back!

Here are a couple shots from a set I shot tonight.
I color-toned the flames to give the shot more...oomph, but that's the only color alterations.
Tell me what you think!

Guess it's a little late for some people. Or early? Who knows...

Placement of the fire and interaction between the figure and fire in the first picture doesn't work for me. Plus the shape of the fire in the first one seems strange.

The second one on the other hand... Very cool. Love the chemical flame look and having the figure looking at me, but not being able to see any person in the hood.

Think it needs something more though, something in the background. Like an army of flaming faceless people or something. Maybe a burnt up scene, I dunno... Big possibilities with the idea I think.

I like the style, you plan on doing some more?

I actually liked the background...erm...the lack thereof.
These photos make me feel like the subject is on some sort of mysterious, black planet.
So, having trees or anything else in the background would of made it look more like THIS world, which is what i wanted to avoid.

Thanks for the comment though.

Yeah, black background works.

Guess I was confused by the title "March Of Flames". Thought it was suppose to be some kind of army.
