It was obvious when you pointed it out. I must admit that the "fault" was mine as I can sometimes just go on autopilot when using the levels adjustment...

Hah,you are not the only one , why do you think during PP i stop and go make myself a cup of cofee?
When i get back it all looks different.

Interesting technique. Productivity would go way down, and visits to the toilet way up. Nescafe and Andrex don't sponsor your photography by any chance?

Seeing your pictures John are always a good reason for me to plan a re-visit to Scotland - and this is no exeption. (But there is no guarantee I could take similar shots.)

Thanks Olli, although credit for the location must go to England on this occasion. ;) It would be nice to meet you if you did visit Scotland though.

Perhaps you'll just have to settle for me buying you a coffee at the next Scottish POTN meet then.

Nice one John, just seen this and my only comment was overexposure, but that was fixed and it is a wonderful image. I like the low persepective looking up, work well with boulders. Needs more water though, maybe you should drive back down about now.... :)

Thanks Neil. The extra water usually means even worse weather though, so it is a balancing act getting the two the right way round.

Even a bigger reason to come over there, to understand the big difference between E, S (and W).:lol:
