Woking with the original file could really bolster these results. If not using an image hosting site and saving a photo at 100K is ruining your work.

He sent me the original file and I posted the AFTER from Smugmug site...one of the best hosts.

Okay Gav, heres my take on it, big thanks for letting me play around with your RAW file.

The noise was pretty bad so it limited the editing somewhat (partly 800ISO and partly down to the 300D's resolution I guess). I did my best. I have emailed you the full size images and suggested crops - but hereis the original with some exposure comp in the sky (simulating an ND grad of about 1 stop).

The picture itself was quite colourful but that noise limited the amount of shadow/highlight I could do. Hope you like it: :)
