Excellent, that all there is to say.
I would have used perhaps a smaller crop by about 20-30%.......thus trying to alleviate a bit of that a-bird-in-a-box feeling to it. However, that's largely a matter of personal taste.

good point I had never even thought about that thanks for the advice. I do not shoot birds very often just birds with fire coming out there rears.

Your skill and experience with photographing flying objects shows.......perhaps then you do not even realize how good this shot really is, when it comes to birds in flight photography.
