I'm very happy with this shot. Kinda a weird crop but I think it suits. What do you think? Comments Welcome.

Dragonfli Spirit wrote in post #2091736 I think it's great. It's a pity about the band-aid though. Still, leaves me pondering what he's watching or thinking about Great job! Thanks Dragonfli, the crop removed a bright blue drink bottle that was partially covering the hand with the band-aid on it. The bottle was way out of focus but the colour meant your eye was always drawn to it. I agree the shot would be a better without the band-aid. Greg

I can imagine several reasons it is there - most of them make that band-aid a real part of who he is right now. Dagonfli wondered what the man wasthinking about. I would not be surprised to know the band-aid was involved. So much "stuff" - so little time

I love the expression and character in the subject! I'd have to agree with you that the bottle needed to go. Too bad, as some space around the face would have helped. Thanks Gr8outdrsmn wrote in post #2094562 Great shot. Roughly, what distance would you say that was taken at? Thanks for the comments. I was about 3-4m away if I remember correctly. The 70-200 is such a wonderfull lens. queenbee288 wrote in post #2094577 Great shot with a lot of character. Nose hairs gross me out though. Thanks.
