One little suggestion: next time try to place the focus more logically/decisively if shooting at f/2.8, or even better, crank it up to f/16 or so.

So, what type of game is thes? NFL, or College...??

How did you get there? My goal is to soon start sports. Once i get my 70-200, i can start practicing, and see if i like it, and then invest in some better gear for it.

I am shooting for the school paper while i am studying here at the university, so at the moment that is how im getting on the field, although i have hopes of getting picked up by a larger (and better paying) publication eventually. Sports is really fun to shoot, and ive really be enjoying it. the 70-200 is a great start for sports shooting for sure. almost every sports photographer has one. its the perfect backup to the big primes.

now.. when you say, more logically/decisivly. do you mean, on the big white Ls in the foreground, or the cheerleaders behind me.... because i got ya covered either way. im no fool.

Clever boy you are Billy, no doubt. The colour and exposure on these shots is very nice.
