Firstly, the picture is REALLY big, 10 MB! (Luckily I had enough bandwidth and patience to download it. You might get less feedback because of the size, but you could easily reduce the size below 1 MB without sacrificing the quality too much.)

Then a couple of comments regarding the picture. It looks like it is slightly tilted, but it could the road as well. The composition is a bit too center weighted to my mind. The colors are not so striking as in many cases in hdr images, but maybe that was your intention. The sunny day and still quite green trees are not telling about fall yet, this is almost like a summer day for me :) - After saying all this, I would love to walk that road and see what is on the other side of the gate ...

A more rigid tripod may be in order. The exposures don't seem to line up very well.
