Oldest lighthouse in Britain with Sunset

Hi guys
i would really like some comments on these please
I went out to try my new Cokin filters and am rather pleased with these
Anyway, this lighthouse is like some peoples duck, i try new things on it
Aparantly its 300years old

Second for me with it's compisition, ncie shot

Well,the filter works,keep trying new techniques until you find something that suits your style,good start.

Excellent shots! The second to last shot is my favourite. Beautiful colours and composition. I like the colours in the last photo but unfortunately it's not quite in focus.

Oddly enough my favourite is the last one. Don't ask me why or how but it reminds me from a scene in Starwars when Luke is staring at the twin sunsets on Tatooine...um...:o

The last shot was shot at 300mm with high wind on a VERY cheap tripod(£40)

Though you've got a lot of glare from the filters there.. which ones are you using?
P series Cokin filters are known for this.

thanks guys, i think hte glare is from DIRTY filters. I noticed they were dirty when i got home.
Well, im at school now so when i get home im getting changed getting camera nad walking another 3 miles frome this so i should walk 6 miles to another point today and then 6 back

I like the second one a lot, composition is good, the last one seems blurry or out of focus

pic #2 and #5 are my favourites, good exposure and very nice composition. well done, looks like the filters really worked for you
