So, I took these in read and reflect (I actually did read, but I was itching to play with my camera for a minute.)

Most of the kids here have a very serious problem reading, so our school takes 20 minutes out of the day to read books. As you can see, the students are very motivated to learn.

(If anyone is interested, my previous book was Catch 22, now I am reading Fahrenheit 451) -Edit: I always get the numbers wrong. Michael Moore confused me ever since Fahrenheit 9/11.... Grrr....

Interesting candids. You've caught a couple of classics, now get them to read a couple of classics.

Fahrenheit 451 is a good one - most of Bradbury's are pretty good. You've obviously completed the Canon owners guide - good pictures.

Do they have a remedial counting class in Florida yet?

Haha, not sure if they can handle it . They're still reading VERY simple books (middle school level) and then brag about finishing them fast.

Heh, very nice candids... reminds me of the good old days of when I used to read books under the table at school rather than listening to what the teachers were saying :p

I guess the PSP is the new, tech version of that.. I don't even know if we had any kind of handheld console games back then :p

And then a shot of the kid playing with his camera.

Maybe I should bring my camera to school more often.
