I think it contrasts too much and doesn't compliment the maternity ( just a little wild and not serene ). I think #2 is great with the selctive coloring, but the composition is kinda boring. I think it could be greatly improved with a different angle. Something like a 45 degree angle to the body showing just the surface of the womb and the shoes and casting a light shadow upon it.
