Has anyone ever had a problem with this printer not loading paper, or passing it through the print path without printing on it?

I've had my R1800 for nearly a year now, and it's performed flawlessly making beautiful prints. Now, it will either not load, or just pass the blank paper through. This happens with all kinds of paper.

Thanks

Canon 6D & 7D. Panasonic GX85 and a number of ever changing lenses.

I am experiencing the same problems, and my R1800 is juat about a year old too. I think it's the feed wheel needs a good cleaning, as it slips mostly. It would be nice if I could find those sticky papers that they used to sell to clean the feed wheels on printers... If you did find a better solution, please share.

My R2400 is driving me crazy tonight either feeding the paper through and giving me an error or not feeding it through at all - its latest trick. Anyone tell me what I've got to do to the printer.

Hey dtplink, did you get your printer to work? I was having the same issue. I found a fix for mine. Are you on a Mac/Windows?
