My business partner took these engagement pictures for us and wanted some c&c on them. I personally like the #1 the best, I'm still not to sure about the pose in #2. Let us know :)

I like the pose of the 1st one. You both look happy and nicely posed. It does have noticeable fill flash that seems a tiny bit more than needed. A simple reflector might have been enough. It can be adjusted with some PP.

Overall it's a nicely done portrait. Congratulations on your engagement :)

They are both great shots. I like the pose in the first one better.

Nicely done. Both have used the light well. Pose in #1 looks better but there is some promise in #2 if it were re-shot. The arms would just have to be repositioned to give a better balance.

Good looking couple.

I like photo #1 better but I'd suggest that you don't use the trees in the background that are bathed in sunlight. They are too bright and detract from the lovely couple.

I like both photos. On #1 your eye contact is much better, and on #2 she looks very happy and pretty.

#2 feels to tight for what your partner attempted. It might work tight, but then the bg, needs to be less prominent.

The first one for sure. Arms in the air does not seem to work--not sure why.

One is very relaxed and natural, I like it a lot as well. I do like two as well but in another setting not as an engagement picture.

I like #1, but crop the photo just at the tip of her elbow, as her T-shirt makes her look like she has an occupied tummy. (or does she?!)

first one is def my favorite... for the second maybe if you had wrapped your arms around your boo while he had his arms up... but both are nice and i can see that you are happy... congrats...

in fact im in the process of tryin to get the ring for my girl, but im getting tempted by a 10-22mm lens over in the marketplace... AHHH!!!
