For an inexpensive purchase where you already know what you want B&H would be a pain. You have to go to the appropriate section of the store, have them write it up, go to the cashier, pay for the item, go to the pickup section, get your purchase....
On the other hand if you are shopping and want to see all the models and merchandise, get some hands on time, and plan on spending time seeing & playing, then it is like a candyshop.
I didn't have much luck with the UPS online tracking. By the time I logged onto the UPS site to see where my items were I had to go down stairs and sign for my package
