Well thank goodness for the fourth shot where the Bird does not distract from the bokeh but rather the natural BG is nicely accentuated by the Kingbird I like the first shot as well for the pose and perch and yes.. the bokeh is very nice.

The last crop is nice however its always best to have your BD filter on just in case

Incidentally, in-shade shooting has its advantages.......no harsh light, the exposure is easier.....as long as one can get enough shutter speed. Yes, it's called ISO3200 and/or IS.
